Instructions: 1. Pack the ground meat, containing 20% fat and well-mixed seasonings, into the stuffer cylinder. 2. Load the cylinder onto the stuffer base, making sure to lubricate the O-ring with grease or food-grade oil for a good seal. 3. Load the appropriate size stuffing tube, along with the correct size casings, onto the base of the unit. 4. Twist the handle to stuff the sausage, holding the casing in place until it's adequately filled.
