The Omcan 21640 (MG-CN-0010) meat grinder is designed for light-duty use and features a 1⁄2-horsepower unit with a durable die-cast meat tray and No. 12 heavy-duty aluminum grinder head. It includes a 31⁄16-inch machine plate for fine results, a 5⁄16-inch plate for medium-ground product, and a 3⁄8-inch plate for coarse ground meat, allowing users to produce different sizes of ground meat. The equipment also has a forward and reverse switch to minimize jamming risk, a heavy-duty aluminum auger for smooth operation, a meat pusher for user safety, and an integrated circuit breaker to reduce overheating during high-volume grinding. Additionally, it comes with three sausage stuffing tubes for easy and accurate filling of sausage casings.

This countertop unit measures 8 inches wide by 161⁄4 inches deep by 131⁄2 inches tall overall. It is equipped with a No. 12 aluminum head, die-cast meat tray, and heavy-duty aluminum auger to enhance uniformity of product flow.
